This is the approach taken by all members of the Build Talent team, as it is these three (3) areas that are central to enabling performance.
Bev has a Bachelor of Business from the University of Newcastle, as well as a number of diagnostic and specialised accreditations.
Bev is often engaged to create and enable talent strategy and culture transformation. She is known for her ability to transform employee experiences, work with and implement HR systems and processes along with all aspects of talent leadership (performance & career; critical roles & succession).
Bringing her transformation, system and talent expertise, Bev created the Family Friendly Workplaces accreditation program. This involved engagement of government, NFP and commercial parties to determine a set of National Work + Family Standards, systems design and creation to enable the standardisation of certification and tailored recommendations for participating organisations.
In late 2022 Bev participated in the ANZ Founder Program, being one of only a select few graduating with her tech product benevibe. benevibe is an insights led tool enabling the personalisation of the employee experience, benefits offering and development an organisation offers. It provides an Individualised EX, enabling organisations to Build Connection and Grow Together with their people.
When not working Bev enjoys spending time with her family and quiet time in the great outdoors.
